REGULAR HOME VISITS FOR DOGS
Ideally suited to older dogs, nervous dogs or dog-reactive dogs. Visits usually take place before 12 or after 2pm, or at another time if preferred (subject to availability) – timing can be discussed.
A home visit can include a local lead walk or just garden time – whatever works best for you and your dog.
If your dog pulls strongly on lead we may not be able to offer a lead walk. In this instance we can devise at home brain games for your dog to use up some energy.
If desired we will be happy to advise you on individual equipment and further training to help you and your dog.
PUPPY VISITS
Puppies and young dogs that need extra support are catered for by our puppy visits.
We can provide anything from toileting support, getting used to a harness, short lead walks, playtime, early training support, socialisation and giving meals.
We recommend owners who are away for more than 4 hours, opt for 2 visits per day to begin with to break up their dog’s day. We can do a longer visit and a shorter visit later, or 2 equal visits.
With many years’ experience, nothing fazes us – teething, puppy nipping, chewing, separation anxiety, toileting, digging or other behaviours! We can usually help directly and suggest other avenues of support if needed.
