REGULAR HOME VISITS FOR DOGS
Perfect for puppies, senior dogs, nervous dogs, newly rehomed dogs and dog-reactive dogs. Visits usually take place either side of lunchtime (subject to availability).
Home visits can include a local lead walk, outings or just garden/indoor time – whatever works best for you and your dog.
If your dog pulls very strongly on lead we may not be able to offer a lead walk. In this instance we can devise brain games for your dog to use up some mental energy – and help support you with training too.
We have many years of experience and will help tailor visits to your requirements.
PUPPY VISITS
If you’ve got a bouncing new puppy or young dog, would you like practical help and someone experienced and reliable to let them out, play with them and give food while you’re out?
Our puppy visits provide toilet training support, help your pup get used to a harness or lead, short walks and outings, playtime, early training, socialisation and give feeds.
We recommend owners who are away for more than 4 hours choose 2 visits per day to begin with to break up their pup’s day. We can do a longer visit and a shorter visit later, or 2 equal visits. This can be adapted as they grow.
Honestly, nothing fazes us – teething, puppy nipping, chewing, separation anxiety, toileting, digging, jumping up or other behaviours! We can usually help directly and suggest other avenues of support and ideas if needed.
CAT & OTHER PET VISITS
If you’re going on holiday and your cat would be happier in their own surroundings, our home visiting service provides peace of mind. Visiting twice a day, we provide meals, change litter trays, sit and play with your cat (if they enjoy it), or if they are more independent we keep them company from a distance! We will also check your house is secure, can shut curtains, turn on lights, bring post in and water houseplants.
We also have many years of experience caring professionally for pet birds, chickens, ducks, pet rats, hamsters and other small furries, guinea pigs, rabbits, geckos and bearded dragons – to name just a few! Contact us to discuss your requirements.
